Diddy Kong Racing - Nintendo 64 is a colorful racing adventure that follows Diddy Kong and a cast of original characters as they work to defeat the villainous Wizpig and restore peace to Timber’s Island. Unlike a traditional kart racer, the game blends racing with exploration, letting players travel through hub worlds, unlock new areas, and challenge bosses as they progress.
Gameplay features three vehicle types: cars, hovercraft, and airplanes, each handling differently across land, water, and airborne courses. Adventure mode includes races, boss battles, collectible balloons, hidden challenges, and revisits to previously completed tracks with new objectives. Players can also compete in local multiplayer races and battle-style events, with support for up to four players on the Nintendo 64.
