Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Island Thunder - Xbox
Description
Description
Deploy to the front lines of a tropical insurgency in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Island Thunder for the original Xbox. Originally released as an expansion to the 2001 masterpiece, this standalone tactical squad-based shooter shifts the conflict to the jungles of post-Castro Cuba. For players who demand realism, stealth, and high-stakes strategy, this title is a definitive essential for any original Xbox collection.
Lead the elite "Ghosts" through eight sprawling, non-linear missions as you attempt to secure the first free elections in Havana. Island Thunder refines the series' signature one-hit-kill lethality, forcing you to utilize the dense jungle canopy for concealment and long-range tactical advantages. Manage two specialized three-man squads, utilizing 12 new weapons and the expertise of legendary "Ghosts" to neutralize rebel threats. With its expanded Xbox Live and System Link multiplayer support—featuring new maps and game modes—this title delivers a professional-grade military experience that showcased the raw power and networking capabilities of the Xbox hardware.
