Description
Description
Grand Theft Auto Collector's Edition - GTA / GTA: London / GTA2 - PlayStation brings together three early entries from Rockstar’s influential open-world crime series in one PlayStation collection. The set includes Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto: London 1969, and Grand Theft Auto 2, giving players a look at the series before its transition to the fully 3D style introduced with Grand Theft Auto III.
Gameplay across the collection uses a top-down perspective as players steal vehicles, complete criminal missions, evade police, and explore large urban environments. The original Grand Theft Auto establishes the series’ mission-based open-world structure, while GTA: London 1969 moves the action to 1960s England with period-inspired vehicles and dialogue. Grand Theft Auto 2 expands the formula with rival gangs, reputation mechanics, and a more futuristic urban setting.
Released for PlayStation by Rockstar Games in 2002, Grand Theft Auto Collector's Edition packages three important early GTA releases together in a single boxed set. Its historical significance, distinct top-down gameplay, and inclusion of the London expansion make it an appealing choice for Grand Theft Auto fans and original PlayStation collectors.
