Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - Xbox 360 is an action role-playing game set in the fantasy world of Amalur. Players take control of the Fateless One, a warrior resurrected from death who is no longer bound by destiny. From there, the story expands into a large conflict involving warring factions, ancient magic, and the mysterious Tuatha as players explore cities, forests, ruins, and other regions across the world.
Gameplay combines real-time combat, exploration, quests, crafting, and character progression. Players can specialize in Might, Finesse, or Sorcery abilities, or mix them together to create hybrid builds using swords, bows, chakrams, magic, and other weapons. The Destiny system provides additional bonuses based on how skill points are invested, while blacksmithing, alchemy, persuasion, and other systems offer further ways to customize the experience.
Developed by Big Huge Games and 38 Studios and published by Electronic Arts in 2012, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is known for its fast, responsive combat and expansive fantasy setting.
