Based on the thrilling podracing sequence from The Phantom Menace, this game puts you in the cockpit of a high-speed podracer and sends you hurtling through a variety of dangerous and exotic alien worlds. Choose from a roster of over 20 different podracers and pilots, including Anakin Skywalker and Sebulba. The gameplay is incredibly fast and intense. You'll need lightning-fast reflexes to navigate the treacherous tracks, which are filled with tight corners, massive jumps, and dangerous obstacles. You can also damage your opponent's pod, or repair your own on the fly. The game features a deep tournament mode where you can use your winnings to upgrade your podracer's engine, turning, and acceleration. With its breathtaking sense of speed and a fantastic four-player multiplayer mode, this is one of the best racing games on the N64.
