- Box/Case: This is the original box or case with original cover art/printed insert for the game. Disc cases (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) may be replaced with an aftermarket if the original was damaged or missing. No reprinted inserts are used.

While most Zelda carts feature the standard 3-screw design, this uncommon variant uses a 5-screw shell, a hardware detail found in some of Nintendo’s earliest NES releases. The game itself is unchanged: explore the vast kingdom of Hyrule, conquer dungeons, collect items, and battle Ganon to rescue Princess Zelda in the original non-linear action-adventure that started it all.
