Description
Turok for Xbox 360 is a first-person shooter that reimagines the classic dinosaur-hunting franchise with a gritty science-fiction setting and cinematic action. Players take the role of Joseph Turok, a former member of the elite Wolf Pack mercenary unit who joins a mission to capture his former mentor, Roland Kane. After the team's spacecraft crashes on a hostile planet, Turok must survive not only Kane's forces but also the deadly prehistoric creatures roaming the wilderness.
Fight through dense jungles, military installations, caves, and other dangerous environments while facing armed soldiers and an assortment of dinosaurs, including raptors and massive Tyrannosaurus rex encounters. Turok can wield conventional firearms such as assault rifles, shotguns, and sniper rifles alongside his signature bow and combat knife. Dinosaurs can also become unpredictable participants in battles, creating opportunities to lure them toward enemy soldiers or use the surrounding wildlife to your advantage.
