Wednesday, April 1st Update:
The remaining Xbox Series X Deluxe orders arrived and have been shipped out. With that -- all outstanding pre-orders for Resident Evil Requiem have been fulfilled at Bitjump Games. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we waited for Capcom to come through and fulfil all your orders.

Tuesday, March 31st Update:
Xbox Deluxe pre-orders are inbound from our distributor and will arrive on Wednesday, April 1st. We will process all pre-orders and ship them out immediately as soon as they arrive!
All PS5 Deluxe pre-orders have been fulfilled and shipped out as of Monday March 30th.

Shipment for Resident Evil Requiem: Deluxe Edition (PS5) arrived at our distributor and is in transit to Bitjump Games. We expect to have our copies by Monday, with fulfillment of all backorders beginning immediately,
ETA Xbox Deluxe versions: TBD. Will update here when we have more information.

Tuesday, March 11th Update:
Capcom has confirmed quantities and a shipping date to our distributor. We expect to receive our copies by Friday, March 27th. Whichever day we receive these, we will ship them out the same day with the shipping service provider and speed that you selected and paid for.

Wednesday, March 4th Update:
Hey everyone — quick update on Resident Evil: Requiem preorders.
Our distributor has confirmed they were shorted on multiple versions (SKUs) and did not receive the PS5 Steelbook Deluxe Edition at all for us or any or anyone. They’ve now told us the missing shipment is currently being shown as “missing” from the publisher, and the publisher/warehouse team is actively working to locate it.
They also shared that this appears to be a widespread issue, with multiple distributors and retailers reporting incomplete or missing quantities.
What this means for your preorder
- All preorders are still active/open — nothing has been cancelled.
- Any copies we do receive will ship out immediately.
- For the versions that are delayed (including PS5 Steelbook Deluxe), we’re still waiting for the publisher to release/locate the missing product so our distributor can fulfill the remaining orders.
Timeline we’ve been given
- Feb 25: Distributor said product was delayed due to inventory discrepancies/logistics at the manufacturer fulfillment center; they expected it the next day.
- Feb 27: Distributor reported they were shorted on multiple SKUs and missing PS5 Steelbook Deluxe; shipments listed as “missing” from the publisher; orders remain open.
- Mar 2: No further updates yet.

Friday, February 27 Update:
Resident Evil Requiem officially released by Capcom on February 27, 2026. Below is a status update on each version and their availability:

PlayStation 5 Standard Edition: SOLD OUT
- All pre-orders for shipping have been sent out. All in-store pre-orders are either picked up or ready for pick up. Please check your order status page in your account or shop app for tracking information. We will order more copies from our distributor as soon as they become available.

PlayStation 5 Deluxe Edition: SOLD OUT, DELAYED
- We received word from our distributor that Capcom hasn't gotten any of the PS5 Deluxe editions for any of the stores that they ordered. As soon as they receive those, they will overnight ship them to our store, and we will put orders for shipping in the mail the same day we receive them. After fulfilling pre-orders, we will try to get more to sell in store and on the website.

Xbox Series X Deluxe Edition: SOLD OUT, Most fulfilled, some delayed
- We received 77% of our pre-orders, all of which have already shipped out. Please check your order status page in your account or shop app for tracking information. We are still waiting to receive the other 23% of this version from our distributor who is waiting on Capcom. As soon as they receive those, they will overnight ship them to our store, and we will put orders for shipping in the mail the same day we receive them. After fulfilling pre-orders, we will try to get more to sell in store and on the website.
