Take flight as a legendary dragon in Dragon Spirit for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Originally developed by Namco, this fantasy-themed shoot-'em-up places players in the role of Amul, a brave warrior transformed into the Blue Dragon in a quest to rescue Princess Alicia from the evil demon Zawell.
Unlike traditional space shooters, Dragon Spirit trades starships for dragons and science fiction for a rich fantasy setting. Soar through deserts, oceans, volcanic landscapes, and other dangerous realms while battling armies of monsters, giant insects, sea creatures, and mythical beasts. Players must attack enemies both in the air and on the ground, using separate fire attacks to deal with threats from all directions.
Throughout the adventure, power-ups can be collected to strengthen the Blue Dragon's abilities. Gain additional heads for increased firepower, improve attack range, and unleash devastating attacks capable of clearing waves of enemies.
