- Cosmetically Flawed: This item is fully functional and backed by the Bitjump Guarantee, but has noticeable cosmetic flaws. These may include label damage (tears, discoloration, or missing entirely), fading, cracks to the cartridge shell, or other visible blemishes. It plays just like any other copy—only the appearance is affected.
- Box/Case: This is the original box or case with original cover art/printed insert for the game. Disc cases (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) may be replaced with an aftermarket if the original was damaged or missing. No reprinted inserts are used.
- Manual: The original manual / instruction booklet for that game
- Inserts: This can include, but not limited to, magazine signups, warranty information, or other items that were originally included with the games release
