Inspired by the extreme challenges seen on TV, the game places contestants into physically demanding courses filled with swinging hazards, collapsing platforms, spinning arms, and brutal wipeouts. The goal is simple but challenging: survive the course, maintain balance, and reach the finish line faster than the competition.
Players create and customize their own competitors before taking on a variety of obstacle courses designed to test reflexes, timing, and precision. Gameplay focuses on running, jumping, climbing, and balancing while navigating increasingly complex environments. Each course introduces new hazards that require quick reactions and careful movement, closely mimicking the over-the-top nature of the show. The Nintendo 3DS version adapts these challenges into bite-sized levels that work well for portable play, encouraging repeated attempts to improve performance and reduce wipeouts.
