NCAA Football 09 - PlayStation 3 brings college football to Sony’s console with officially licensed NCAA teams, stadiums, traditions, fight songs, and conference rivalries from the 2008 season. Players can take control of their favorite college programs and compete through hard-hitting matchups that emphasize passing, rushing, defense, special teams, and the atmosphere of Saturday football.
Gameplay includes exhibition games, Dynasty mode, and Campus Legend, giving players options to manage an entire football program or develop an individual athlete through a college career. Dynasty mode features recruiting, scheduling, roster management, and season progression, while Campus Legend focuses on improving a created player and earning a larger role on the team. Local multiplayer also allows players to compete head-to-head on the same PlayStation 3.
