Set in Taisho-era Japan, the story begins after Tanjiro’s family is slaughtered by demons, leaving his sister Nezuko transformed into one herself. Determined to find a cure and protect others from the same fate, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps and begins training to face increasingly powerful enemies.
The narrative mode retells major arcs from the series, including the Unwavering Resolve and Mugen Train chapters, allowing players to experience key moments through fully voiced cutscenes and stylized battles. Along the way, Tanjiro teams up with fellow Demon Slayers such as the fearful yet talented Zenitsu Agatsuma and the boar-masked swordsman Inosuke Hashibira.
