- Box/Case: The original retail box or case with the original cover art/insert. For disc-based games (CD/DVD/Blu-ray), the case may be replaced with a clean aftermarket case if the original case is damaged or missing. No reprinted cover art is used.

- 5-Screw: A cartridge variant for NES games that uses 5 screws instead of the more common 3 screws. Some collectors prefer these, and they can be less common depending on the title.
