Aaahh!!! Real Monsters for SEGA Genesis is a side-scrolling platformer based on the Nickelodeon animated series. Players control the monster trio of Ickis, Oblina, and Krumm as they attend Monster Academy and complete bizarre assignments designed to test their ability to scare humans.
Each character has unique abilities that players must use to progress through the levels. Ickis can glide through the air, Oblina can stretch and reach higher areas, and Krumm can throw his eyeballs to attack enemies or trigger switches. Players can switch between the monsters to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles throughout each stage.
The adventure takes players through a variety of strange and humorous environments, including city streets, construction sites, and other locations where the monsters must collect items and scare targets to complete their missions. With its character-based gameplay and colorful cartoon style, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters for Genesis brings the Nickelodeon series to life in a retro platforming adventure.
