It plays just like any other copy—only the appearance is affected.
- Box/Case: This is the original box or case with original cover art/printed insert for the game. Disc cases (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) may be replaced with an aftermarket if the original was damaged or missing. No reprinted inserts are used.
- Manual: The original manual / instruction booklet for that game
- Inserts: This can include, but not limited to, magazine signups, warranty information, or other items that were originally included with the games release

In a desolate future, the Earth has been abandoned after a catastrophic scientific experiment. Now, the planet is a lawless wasteland, and futuristic mercenaries known as "scavengers" battle it out in the deserted underground tunnels for control of the remaining technology. Welcome to Forsaken 64, a fast-paced and disorienting 6-degrees-of-freedom shooter. This game gives you complete freedom of movement in a 3D space. You'll pilot a futuristic hover-bike through a series of complex and labyrinthine tunnels, battling other scavengers and automated defense systems. The gameplay is a chaotic and intense blend of exploration and combat. You'll need to master the unique controls to navigate the twisting tunnels while simultaneously aiming and firing at your enemies. The game features a massive arsenal of powerful and imaginative weapons. With its unique gameplay and a fantastic four-player deathmatch mode, Forsaken 64 is a dizzying and action-packed experience.
