The game’s combat is built around the innovative “strategic dismemberment” system, which requires players to target and sever enemy limbs rather than rely on traditional headshots. Armed with repurposed engineering tools like the Plasma Cutter, Line Gun, and Ripper, Isaac must conserve ammo and think strategically to survive.
