Unlike previous Kirby adventures, The Amazing Mirror features a non-linear world filled with branching pathways, hidden areas, and secrets waiting to be discovered. Players are free to explore the world in multiple directions, unlocking new areas and abilities as they progress through the adventure.
Kirby can still inhale enemies and copy their powers, gaining access to a wide variety of abilities including Sword, Fire, Wheel, Beam, Hammer, and many more. These Copy Abilities help players defeat enemies, solve environmental puzzles, and reach previously inaccessible locations throughout the Mirror World.
